While you are on the trek you should bring water bottles and water purification tablets. There is plenty of water available on the trails to fill your water bottles which is good to drink after you use water purification tablets for a good half an hour. We dont advise our guests to carry mineral water bottles because the used bottles of the water will create pollution in the surrounding environment.

Drinking 3-4 liters of water per day during the trek is highly recommended.

Well it depends on the type of trekking you are heading at. If you are on the easy trek, you should not expect more than 4 to 5 hours of walk per day.
